Dear Friend,
Melissa and I both grew up in pastor’s homes. While I was born in Bezier, France to parents who were missionaries to France, Melissa was born in Philadelphia, where her Dad was a pastor. We praise the Lord that both of us were saved at an early age. I was saved when I was four years old, and Melissa was saved when she was six years old.
As we both grew up, God led us to Pensacola Christian College to begin our college career. It was during this time that Melissa and I met and began to date and were eventually married in August 2000. Melissa graduated from college May of 2001 while I finished college in December of 2002, after which I began a Master of Divinity degree from Pensacola Theological Seminary, which I finished in May of 2005.
God has placed a burden on both of our hearts to see the people of France saved. God has called us to go to France and work as church planters, to evangelize and disciple the French people. God’s will for us to surrender to missions work was a gradual understanding of His leading in our lives. It was through God’s perfect timing and several different experiences that we knew His will for our lives was to go to France as missionaries.
